Pregnavit M is an excellent pre-natal vitamin and mineral supplement which is essential for the mother to be and the developing foetus. 

Dosage: Take one capsule daily with or after a meal. o It is recommended that one uses one of our pre-natal supplements during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. o Lactose, sucrose, gluten and tartrazine free. Highest amount of iron Contains 20 mg of elemental iron, derived from ferrous fumarate. Available in hard gel capsules.
